Possibilitar a partilha, o encontro e a troca de experiências;
Refletir e avaliar o processo de organização da juventude negra, para traçar novas perspectivas de atuação da juventude negra;
ESTRUTURAR, ORGANIZAR e PLANEJAR a atuação do Fórum Estadual de Juventude Negra;
Definir a agenda de lutas do Fórum Estadual;
Elaborar propostas para a organização e funcionamento do Fórum Nacional de Juventude Negra.
